I gave attorney Vince Davis 5 stars. I hired him just before the permanency planning. A jealous social worker abused me after I filed two official complaints against two social workers, and they wanted to teach me a lesson. Davis dared to set my case for trial, and everyone rolled their eyes as if the decision had already been made. Weeks later, Davis showed up for trial with a subpoenaed witness. CPS refused to go to trial against him. Instead, I got unmonitored visits and weekend overnights in 3 weeks, and I plan to return the kids within a couple of months. How is this possible? The only change in the case was hiring Davis. You could tell the social worker hated the fact that I hired Davis. If you want results, hire Davis. Anyone who tells you Davis is a bad attorney or doesn't know what they are doing is a liar and a competitor, jealous of 39 years of experience and expertise.

Thank you Mr Davis for speaking to me right away about this guardianship case.. regarding my daughter.. I found out just in March 19 2025 that my parents petitioned the court for guardianship of my daughter and the court thought I was missing and they didn’t know I was living at home and my dad lied about my mental health and made me look like a monster.. this was all last year and I had no idea he was doing this… I’ve been scared and nervous about it all feeling alone until we talked today.. and we had a hearing last week on April 16 and the judge yelled at my dad saying he had no evidence but we still need to go back July 2 for an evidential hearing and I know I can’t go unrepresented. In one of the comments I found his personal mobile number, and I called it, not realizing it was 5:30am in the morning where Vince lives. OMG, he answered and gave me a free 31 minute consult. He told me 3 specific things to do on my case that I know are going to really help me. I can’t afford to hire him, but I do recommend watching his YT channel and getting a phone consult. Vince Davis represented me in. DCFS / CPS case in LA County. I was in a big bind. Instead of going to trial against Davis they decided to give me a sweet heart deal. During the negotiations they tried to pull a fast one, but Davis had to remind them about the law and facts. If I kept the court appointed lawyer I would have been screwed. It really helps to have a 39 year expert trial lawyer. You get sweet heart deals.

Lawyers themselves are amazing!!!! I would recommend them over & over, office staff not so much. The clerks can never understand anything and act lost nonstop, I’m talking about every call in for any reason that wasn’t directly to the lawyer. Heaven Sent I am so pleased I hired Vincent Davis to be my lawyer in my CPS case. First, I didn’t have the money to hire him. I met with him and said my case was so bad he could NOT help me. Family law lawyer I was desperate and wanted my children. I was tired of being beaten up by my ex-husband’s lawyers; and the attorneys I had just did a poor job. When I hired Mr. Davis I had already been poorly represented by the court appointed attorney who submitted to jurisdiction (which at the time I did not know what it meant), in doing so, the court was trying to offer by pass services and had already had my children assessed for adoption. DCFS My family pulled together to hire Vincent W Davis' firm to help us defeat DCFS and bring my grandchildren home. All attorneys are NOT the same. Having been involved in 2 big trials in the last 2 years, I now understand what my attorney, Vince Davis has told me and that is that all attorneys have a license to practice law. But what differentiates trial lawyers is training and experience. I watched Vince win the first trial and I picked up on certain elements of his training in that trial but I really didn’t appreciate that training and experience as I felt, yeah, he’s good at what he does but we should’ve won anyway and we did! In this second trial, a much bigger case and probably the most important case of my life, I listened to Vince in the court room, watched him implement a strategy and watched him predict exactly what the jury was going to do. It was amazing! At one point, I seriously felt the opposing attorney was winning but Vince reassured me that everything would be alright as I was almost gasping for air. Vince skillfully questioned each witness with calm and grace. It was truly a skill that he’s developed and he damn good at it! As Vince stood in front of the jury giving his closing, he said he connected with the jurors as he has been taught by one of his mentors, Gerry Spence and we won! My advice is don’t go to trial with a lawyer that doesn’t at least have 20 years of trial experience AND a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College with the Trojan Horse Method of Trial Lawyers training. The court made me take parenting classes and take counseling all while my daughter was placed in a foster home. My court appointed lawyer seemed more lost every time I seen him (15 minutes at court) than I did. I was terrified, my husband left, I lost my home and my car but most of all I lost my job from the distress I was going through. I was given 2 hour "supervised" visits once a week. 8 months later will be when I finally get my baby home. I lost everything because someone decided to make that phone call to CPS. CPS is meant to keep families apart and if you are in a situation that they are involved - DO NOT HESITATE!, have the Law offices of Vincent Davis on your side and defend you.
